I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a 4-year Exercise Science degree (with honors).

I graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
​

I completed 1600+ hours of supervised clinical physical therapy practice and passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) to become a licensed physical therapist.
​

I 've personally supported 250+ people (aged 18-65) with their fitness or rehab to build muscle, perform better, lose fat, and live more fulfilling lives.
​

I competed at the international level in martial arts and won the USAPL South Carolina Jr. Powerlifting Championships (-63kg) in 2019.

I've been mentored by some of the best performance & rehab specialists in the world and call many of them friends to this day.

I'm not a robot and still live a balanced lifestyle with plenty of fitness, love, and silly goose times.

My online pain & injury rehab coaching services are not for absolute beginners, but you also don't have to be an elite professional like the some of people you see above. I want you to be safe and get the most out of our time together, so having enough experience to train unsupervised without hurting yourself is crucial. Typically I work with people aged 23-50 who train recreationally, but do support competitors as well!

You're sick of the traditional physical therapy model.

Maybe your PT in the past looked like this: see the PT occasionally while they split their attention between 1-3 other patients while you do easy table exercises with some bands & get a hot pack or ice... NOT WITH ME! Rehab will look a lot like your normal training but I adjust the program with consideration to your current limitations. It's coaching!
