I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a 4-year Exercise Science degree (with honors).

I graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

I completed 1600+ hours of supervised clinical physical therapy practice and passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) to become a licensed physical therapist.

I 've personally supported 250+ people (aged 18-65) with their fitness or rehab to build muscle, perform better, lose fat, and live more fulfilling lives.

I competed at the international level in martial arts and won the USAPL South Carolina Jr. Powerlifting Championships (-63kg) in 2019.

My online coaching and rehab services are not for absolute beginners, but you also don't have to be an elite professional like the people you see above. I want you to be safe and get the most out of our time together, so having enough experience to train unsupervised without hurting yourself is crucial. Typically I work with people aged 23-50 who train recreationally, but do support some competitors as well!

2. Custom Workouts & Strategy Updates EVERY Week

Your training program will be adjusted weekly to capitalize on the things that are going well, and troubleshoot challenges you might be experiencing. Your training will build on itself through phases lasting 3-6 weeks each, where each phase develops an adaptation (hypertrophy, metabolic, neurologic) specific to your goals.
​

Your program is individualized to your life. This includes equipment availability, movement preferences, more arm work, or adjustments when traveling.
​

You'll have notes explaining WHY your program is specifically structured as it is, plus linked tutorials on how I want you to execute each exercise, so you can feel safe and confident that you're getting the most out of each exercise.

I make sure to include questions at the end of each workout to let me know how effectively each session goes.

3. Nutritional Support That Works For YOU

Instead, I fit my methods with your lifestyle and preferences! Your trust, communication, and feedback will build the system that leads to our success working together.

I will meet you wherever you are on your food journey. Not everyone is meant to track macronutrients and weigh their food, but if you want to learn, I've got your back. Want to focus on daily habits and health-focused choices instead? My habit tracker will work perfectly for you.

I won't force you into a specific diet like keto, intermittent fasting, IIFYM, vegan or any others. If you prefer one of those methods, I'll share my perspective on it, and adjust to the approach you like.

Once you sign up, within 48 hours you'll receive your Welcome Packet, Training - Nutrition - Data Tracking Sheet, and a video walk-through of everything so you're ready to hit the ground running.

My coaching is only as good as the information that backs it. While I can't give you the entirety of my almost 10 years of education and experience during our time together, you will always have context as to WHY I have you do something (or not do something). Your questions and feedback are always welcome!

We will build systems that work for you based on scientific principles and your preferences. These will become so engrained into your life (even when it's crazy) that eventually you'll tell me, "Mitch, I feel ready to use everything you've taught me on my own now!"
